The heart of our operation is RFID technology.

RFID means that all elements of testing kits will be made fully identifiable, with that identity activated just prior to the next stage on the production line. This means that we can guarantee that the information being directly printed to the tube and packaging will be identical throughout.

For diagnostic kit manufacture RFID is the ideal solution.

The RFID tag is programmed with whatever information that is required. At this point the tube becomes the master. All information going forward is taken from this tube. The RFID label is completely customisable and is programmed on the conveyor immediately after the label has been applied.

We offer a full packing service, with the flexibility to make a tailor-made solution that fits your needs. From a simple filled tube to a complex fully automated direct mailing project, from bulk packed on pallets to individually packed kits with fully branded packaging.

• Specialty bespoke custom designed-for-purpose bags with advanced materials i.e. UV light protection.
• Data printed direct on to the tube/bottle. This can be preset or be triggered by an RFID tag on the tube and can include whatever information you like, including sequential numbering, barcodes and QR codes.
• Custom printed in up to eight colours with bespoke printing on each pack.
• Post mark printing directly onto the packaging so the pack can be shipped straight off the production line to the end user. All driven by an RFID tag on the tube.
• Suitable for Gamma and X-Ray Irradiation.

With variable data printing available directly onto the tube and packaging, the possibilities are limitless - i.e. every kit/tube or pack could have unique information containing personnel, postal and batch data all printed on each pack.

Once the diagnostic test has been sent back, the lab doing the analysis can easily read the RFID on the tube and access all the information programmed right at the very beginning. Not only does this make the information on the tube infallible it is also far less labour intensive.
